Our people judge their success by how many ex-patients they have.

Cariline_Jen_feet.jpg

We're always looking for people that think like we do.

We're not a lot different to other practices... but we're different in the things that really matter.

We don't judge our success by how many patients we have for example. We judge our success by how many EX-patients we have.

We don’t just talk about caring for our patients. We prefer to fix problems and help new clients, rather than commit them to endless treatments that frustrate clients and makes us lazy.

We allow more than generous appointment times to minimise our clients wait times and we’ve assembled a variety of allied health professionals that share their expertise and their patients when it means a better outcome for them.

And we prefer staff with a passion and an instinctive understanding of their profession, to those who just have a certificate or degree and a desire for an income. You’ll need the qualifications of course, but if you’re only in it for the money, you won’t be a fit at Revive.

Revive Health is a modern multidisciplinary clinic in the northern suburbs providing physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology services.

Facilities include private treatment rooms, computerized clinical notes, video analysis facilities and rehabilitation gym area. We have a strong emphasis on continued education, with weekly case reviews and clinical tutorials for all staff.

People

We're currently on the lookout for...

Exercise Physiologist

Our Modern Gym. Your vision.

Our Support.

Make it your own!

If we’ve learned one thing in 20 years it’s that if we take better care of our people they take better care of our patients. So that’s what we do. We look after our people... not just because it’s the right thing to do... but also because that means our patients get better care... in an environment that we all enjoy. Of course we’re not just looking for any old Exercise Phys. We’re looking for an Ex Phys that enjoys what they do. Believes in what they do. We’ll pay you very well, but if you’re just in it for the money, we’d encourage you to look elsewhere. It’s better for you, better for us, better for the people looking to you... and us, for answers to their problems. This is a positive place to work where everyone benefits. We need to make enough to remain viable of course, but making this an enjoyable atmosphere for people that work here and for people that visit is a priority. We’re not looking for an Ex Phys to maximise our profits, we’re looking for an Ex Phys to maximise patient outcomes and we’ll keep looking until we find them. What we can offer you. The people you’ll be working with are eclectic. Not just good, they’re good people... interesting people. One look at them on our website and you’ll see what kind of people they are. They’ll make your day more enjoyable...and productive. Training and mentoring... but we don’t like to call it that. We’re really just a bunch of people that enjoy learning and sharing knowledge. We have different skills and experience and we respect each other’s strengths... and we want to help people help people. That means the Best Equipment, and helpful people from the owners to the people that greet you out front... every person. We’re hoping that you’ll make our gym your own. And you’ll improve outcomes. We’re not trying to lock patients in forever, we’re aiming to put them in a position that they don’t need us anymore... certainly not as often. There are more people to help. You’ll maximise it’s usefulness and develop classes and approaches that deliver better outcomes. You won’t just have certificates on they wall... you’ll be talented... and we’ll value that with cash... as well as a certain autonomy to: make changes; mistakes; improvements; change things back again; experiment; develop a style; lead a team; and foster their personal style knowing that we all have that same aim. The team will expect you to work with is clinically motivated... they’re not looking for a manger... they’re looking for a colleague that recognises and complements their skillset. • You'll be registered with APHRA as an Exercise Physiologist • Pilates experience an advantage but not necessary • We can provide training... our people are good... great actually :) • The salary range is between 75K and 95K depending on what you'll add.

Physiotherapist

We've built an environment where a Physio will thrive

You;ll like it here:)

If we take better care of our people they take better care of our patients. So that’s what we do. We look after our people... not just because it’s the right thing to do... but also because that means our patients get better care... in an environment that we all enjoy. Of course we’re not just looking for any old Physiotherapist. We’re looking for a Physio that enjoys what they do. Believes in what they do… just like we do. We’ll pay you very well, but if you’re just in it for the money, we’d encourage you to look elsewhere. It’s better for you, better for us, better for the people looking to you (and us) for answers to their problems. This is a positive place to work where everyone benefits. There are more people to help. You won’t just have certificates on the wall... you’ll be talented... and we’ll value that with cash... and an open mind to your ideas. The team will expect you to work with is clinically motivated… they’re looking for a colleague that recognises and complements their skillset. • You'll have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy as a minimum • Experience in the workplace is desirable, but we’d still love to talk if this is to be your first position. We can provide training... our people are good... great actually :) • The salary range is between 75K and 95K depending on what you bring, and we’ll keep talking as you demonstrate what you can contribute. Of course we’re going to tell you that this is the best place for a Physio to work. So probably the best way to find out what it’s like is to call one of our Pods. They’d be happy to have a chat between patients if that’s the kind of convincing you need. Call the main number and we’ll get one of them to call you when they’re free.

Podiatrist

Better equipment won’t make you a better Podiatrist but

it will help you get better outcomes.
